Representation of clients in court

Being right is one thing, getting one’s right another.
Sometimes it is necessary to go to court for this.

Within the employment law jurisdiction there are proceedings leading to a judgment (e.g. if an action for protection against dismissal is filed) and proceedings leading to a court order (e.g. if the question whether the works council has a co-determination right in a specific matter shall be answered).

The employment law jurisdiction is divided into three instances:
Third instance (instance of appeal on questions of law): Federal Labor Court (Erfurt)
Second instance (instance of appeal): Higher Labor Courts
First instance: Labor Courts

Kristina Schweier is admitted to the Roll of Lawyers of the Local Court Munich, the Regional Courts Munich I and II and the Higher Regional Court Munich. She is authorized to appear in all labor courts, higher labor courts and in the Federal Labor Court in Germany.
